C. While fishing it is always best to keep an anchor in the water to steady the kayak and prevent it from drifting out of control. This is very useful when using a one person kayak.

D. Always let someone know where you are going fishing or boating with your kayak. This is a safety precaution. It’s always a good idea to take along your phone just secure it in a water tight bag. It’s also a good idean to inform someone as to where you are going kayaking and when you expect to return. This way people can always keep an eye out for you.

It is advisable to always be safety conscious and always practice safety before anything else.
